36v pds dpi charger not charging

Ezgo pds 36v on charger all winter until today. Ran it in the cold, went to charge after some serious driving now dpi charger won't charge. It just flashes the red light. Thoughts?

There are three red LEDs and what the error code is, depends on which ones are flashing

well when I plug into the cart they all flash once, then just the power on one flashes every 10 seconds. the SOC meter is at 37.5 the pack is at 36.5 and the connector is at 36.5. Should trigger but its not.

thoughts?

Disconnect the charger from the wall plug and the cart.
Plug the cart in first, then the charger.

When first plugged in, the number of time all LEDs flash tells you what battery type it is set to. one flash means it is set for US Battery.

Only the Power LED flashing is a "Charge Level Unbalanced" error.

What are the voltages of the individual batteries?

6.11 and the rest 6.05.

I also checked in sets of two and the ranges were all within . 02 of each other.

I'm not sure what triggers that error code, so I'd E-mail DPI and they ought to get back to you on Monday.

In the interim, try charging the batteries in pairs with a 12V charger.
