Another "thought the wheels would fit" thread - need to mod
I posted in the "Design Center" section, but thought someone with a similar body might have a suggestion. The new wheels I got might fit on a Marathon, but my Western, on a Marathon chassis, needs modification to make them fit.
Here are some pics https://drive.google.com/open?id=1q4...cC4FwMxL4EjcqQ Haven't lowered it off the jack stands to see if the fronts bottom out, but they fully turn while raised up. I'm hoping maybe some slight, tasteful trimming in the rear would allow the wheels to fit. Not sure if there's a VERY small lift option, like 1", but that might make a big difference in terms of clearance. Any recommendations? |
