Default Wheels and Tires

I am looking at uprgrading my wheels and tires. I have a 2000 ezgo series cart with a 6 inch lift. I have seen other carts with car wheels and low profile tires. I was thinking 18 inch wheels. I just have no idea what else I would need to do inorder to make car wheels fit on my cart. Can someone help with what size wheel and tire i might go with?

Hey. There's many considerations regarding adding such a set of tires. Most importantly power issues.
May want to cruise the lifted carts section. There's actually a discussion right not regarding the large larges and lifts....

Dont be shy about contacting Golf Cart Tire Supply in the sponsor's section. They'll have every bit of info you need. I have bought from them three times now. First class and, no, I am not affiliated with them.

One thing you'll find with car wheels is generally 4 on 4 is unavailable. There are a few older/rare exceptions. Another option is the 4 lug on 100mm wheel. 4 inches is 101.6mm and I have heard some people got the 4 on 100mm to work, but I have never seen it in person...

I think I remember you could get adapters to convert to a different bolt pattern, but those may have been one-off builds. Can't remember for sure.

It'll certainly cost more than a roll of nickels to do... car tires are more expensive. Big car rims are more expensive.
