Default Yewy charger failing? It's New

My charger has started to show 2 red lights, one being a fault light. I just converted it to 48V with 8 batteries and all was fine till the cold hit. I can unplug charger for a few minutes and reconnect it and all is fine for a few hours or so then red lights -fault=red,,other light flashes red.
PICS in link. Pack voltage with meter is 54.1 Volts

I do not see this fault code listed in the manual. I have contacted the manufacture for more information on possible causes.
Let the batteries rest (no use / no charge) for 12 hours and give the following information, please.
Can you list a voltage reading on each individual battery?
And the pack total voltage plus the voltage reading you get inside the charge receptacle.

Just happens I went out and checked on an old CC that was charging last night and saw the same code you have. 2 red. One solid and one flashing. My LCD explains the code, Timed Out. There is a 12 hour timer on the charge cycle. If the batteries do not reach the cut off voltage within the 12 hour time period the charger will time out.
It seems that in the colder weather our older batteries may not be able to reach the same voltage they were reaching in warmer weather.
Try charging in the warm sun?

Lol, I live in Michigan. So that’s not gonna happen, do I worry about freezing batteries?
I was to believe that this charger was going to keep a constant charge state while it was plugged in in all weather. I’m lost as to what to do.

The batteries are certainly in no danger of freezing at 54v.

How long have they been off the charger and what is the pack voltage now?
And could you drive it around or are you buried in snow?

I just out of hospital for breathing issues. I shall get to testing voltages tonight and drive it a bit as there’s No snow since I bought a beautiful new snowblower for the wife.
I purchased from Scotty B whom appears to be on the case, lol.

Here > I fixed it for you

Manufacture wants you to send me a short video of the LCD screen if it throws this fault code again.
