Custon 72V TXT solenoid clicks but cart won't run

Hey. I appreciate any help you can offer trying to sort out the problem. The cart has been running fine with no known issues. One day it would not go out of the blue. I drove it 2 miles, parked it 10 minutes, went to leave and it wouldn't go. wiggled wires just checking everything was ok, and it went. So I left but it stopped while in use, after about 1 minute, and would not go again. I parked it and came back an hour later to tow it, and it ran for about 2 minutes before cutting off during use. Hasn't run again. Batteries are definitely ok and they still have nearly a full charge. The solenoid clicks every time I press the pedal, but the motor does not work/get power. There is nothing visible wrong with it. What are some connections that I can test to rule out controller damage or otherwise? Its a custom build by a board member on here. It has a custom D&D series motor and 450 amp Alltrax Controller. Thanks

Does it still have a Reed switch? Does it still use a stock-style rotary F&R?

I'm not sure of those answers. He did change out the forward and reverse switch to a toggle switch on the dash.
