Default 96 medalist light probs

A friend used his compressor to blow out the dust in my 96 ezgo and now my lights don't work. I've traced all my wires and can't find anything loose I found a fuse connector I think it is, but I can't seem to pull it open or twist it, it's up under the dash. Am I looking in the right place or any suggestions would be great thank you in advance.

Are they factory lights or aftermarket?
My aftermarket lights have a square red fuse holder (holds the newer blade fuse) closer to the headlight side of the wiring harness.

If you can't open the fuse holder, it's likely corroded and could be your problem. Cut it out and replace it with a new one. A 10 amp fuse should work for your light set up.
