AHHHHH why is it pointing out the back? (trailer hitch in the pic).

I put one in my last car, actually it was the same horns as a Semi so it was 100% 50 state legal. I had it set up as my regular car horn.....it worked GREAT!!! LOL

Nuke , how did you wire that in armed and unarmed ?

It was easy. within that car, there was a separate fuse/circuit for the horn. I used a "fuse tap" to tap into the horn circuit, ran the power for the air horn solenoid through a hidden toggle switch on the dash. with the switch ON, both horns stock and air horns) would blow via the horn button on the steering wheel. In the OFF position, I could "DISARM" the air horn and then only the stock horn would blow.

Here is the complete HOW TO I made for that install. this would totally work for any car/truck if the horn circuit is wired in a similar way.

it was easier to put whole system back there thinking of making it modular so i can put it in any thing maybe even a remote for the electronic solenoid ? doesn't really matter where you put it the thing is stupid loud

Oh I KNOW how loud they are, lol.......if I had a true trunk and room under my hood, I would have put one in my Vette!!! LOL

I don't think my 1950s Barney Fife "horn" is exactly street legal, not to mention the blue wig-wags, but they're fun at the lake, where kids are drinking or smoking wacky weed at the fire pit.
