Re: RXV flood victam
This is too vague. What controller do you have (not "it's for a RXV", Curtis or Danaher)? Is the controller the one that was flooded? A Danaher harness converted to Curtis? A full Curtis harness? Using the motor brake that was flooded? What sensors (gas & brake pedal sensors) were replaced? Is it older motor with encoder in the bearing? Have you tested the ohm value of the motor temp sensor? Might have scored a gem, might be a pig, we need more info, lots more info. Once you have figured out which controller you have, download the troubleshooting guide applicable to yours (use the search bar above, search "xxxxx Rxv troubleshooting guide" for your controller type, xxxxx = Curtis or Danaher, whichever you have).

Re: RXV flood victam
Wow. Thanks for the information. I will return . I got a hand held gizmo to trouble shoot these with and it keeps telling me the break has not released and break test has failed.I know the break works because I have operated it before. Thanks again..Mike

Controller is curtis , wireing has a tag that says Delphi. I changed the foot pedal wiper. I am getting a code that says HPD/sequencing fault. I dont know much .else right now.

Re: RXV flood victam
Wait, is it brake test failed, or is it HPD/seq?

Re: RXV flood victam
I was getting break test failed, but I bolted the break on the motor and that signal went away. Now the only signal I get is HPD/sequencing fault.

Re: RXV flood victam
Look through the hand held and see if you can find which pedal is not reading 0%. Also try pulling the pedals up toward their at-rest position while turning the key on.

Re: RXV flood victam
Ok, so you now can get it past POST with no faults on the handheld, but still won't run? If so, you need to find the throttle reading in the handheld and see it increase as pedal is pressed.
