Default ezgo pds slow take off

have a 36 volt ezgo pds with standard controller freedom chip, not lifted and 8" inch tires. when pressing the pedal the cart starts slow then picks up speed. went to put it up on my ramp to service it and it would not go up the ramp. had to use my electric winch. put new speed sensor in and no change. adjusted the ITS and no change. put more than two people on it and it runs slow. Any ideas thanks

Most likely batteries or amp delivery system, but could be other things also.

What is the battery pack voltage about 12 hours after charger shuts off? (Should be about 38.2V)

What does the battery pack voltage drop to when trying to climb an incline?

The battery pack is a bit imbalanced. Spread is 0.35V and shouldn't be much more than 0.1V.

100% SoC is about 6.37V for a Trojan battery or clone, so some of your batteries are only at about 55% SoC, while others are overcharged.

That may not be the problem, but it might be part of it.

After finding out what the voltage is after 12 hours and what it drops to under load, charge the low ones up individually with a 6V charger, or in pairs with a 12V charger.

Also, check to see if any of the cables are getting hot. (If any get more than about 10°F above air temperature after climbing a hill, they need to be fixed)
