Yep, 16.66%, but only at low speeds.

Re: 300 amp Controller vs 350 amp?
Yea it would be mainly for hills. My local golf course has 2 fairly steep hills that give me problems. I’m also going to 20” tires from 23” tires for hopefully little more torque as well.

If you are thinking this will improve your sustained speed up hills, I think the results will be "not-so-impressed".

Re: 300 amp Controller vs 350 amp?
Well dang. Someone on here sent me a list that I would gain 11.7% torque going to 20” tires. And if 16.66% was gained with 350 amp controller I was hoping that would help on those 2 hills with 28% torque gain.

Re: 300 amp Controller vs 350 amp?
Oops, I missed the tire downsize.. that will help out some. The 11% from the tires is an "across the board"gain, but the controller boost is only gonna make a difference at really low speeds.

Re: 300 amp Controller vs 350 amp?
So in ur opinion will I see noticeable gain if it is truly 28% gain?

Re: 300 amp Controller vs 350 amp?
If you are parked on a hill, where you currently cannot even get started, this is the only spot you get full 28%. As soon as the motor starts gaining any rpm, the amps drawn through the motor begin to decline. As soon as the motor speed increases/ amp draw decreases below the max sustained output of the controller, the "controller torque gain" is over until the motor speed decreases from load. Remember, the controller is not a "pump", pushing amps into your motor, but instead a "valve" that allows access to the battery pack.
