Default RXV Danaher to Curtis Conversion

Have read Bobs EXCELLENT post on converting Danaher Harness to work with Curtis Controller, but that is a bit more than I want to tackle.

How much trouble would it be to replace the entire Danaher Harness with a Harness from a curtis cart? Would it be plug and play or require a lot of splicing?

I guess I am asking if, other than the controller, were there a lot of other different electrical connections between the two carts?

I have read there is an adapter harness out there, 750566PKG? But I am unable to find it and guessing it would be expensive and I think I know where I can scavage a RXV curtis harness.

Some times a plug for the brake pedal has to be changed, and sometimes the encoder plug has to be changed. Otherwise it's pretty straightforward.

In areas with high humidity, the adapter harness will eventually suffer from corrosion issues and require replacement. It's best to just do it right from the beginning. A later model Curtis RXV harness can be fit to an older RXV... but like cgtech said, there were changes at the pedal and motor sensor connectors. Nothing too complicated if you know how to splice wires and use a good brand of sealer-lined heat shrink tubing to seal out the weather.
