2013 EZGO RXV 48v - Can I go to 60v?
can the stock components of an RXV handle 60v?
it will be a 16s lithium set up to be specific. |

Technically yes, will it live a long and happy life, that's another question. The over-voltage setting for the burn-off resistor is factory set at 67v. So I know it is rated to briefly handle that much. I have ran 16 cell 3.3v lithiums on stock Rxvs without any controller problems.

what were the 3.3v cells out of... the chevy volt cells are 3.7v nominal i believe

They are 100ah. Don't know on pricing, my boss just makes them magically appear from our guy when we need a set.

Yes it can, but watch the temp. Get a temp sensor to help you monitor it or use a cheap HF infrared gun.
