Default EzGo 48v TXT Controller question

Curtis controller 1206HB-5201. What is the difference between controllers with the "FLEET" designation and those without?

The fleet one does not have the "freedom mode" enabled. So Fleet one will be slower.

If you can enable Freedom on the FLEET, then how is it different from the non-fleet units?

That's why I was asking. Maybe you have to have a special programmer to enable it on a fleet. Mine was programed with a programmer connected to the little diagnostic plug under the seat. It run 18 mph with me and my son in it. Fast enough for me.

You need a E-Z-GO Passkey and a Curtis handheld programmer to get you the 19.5 mph.

I believe Freedom means it comes with factory lights. As far as I know no difference in the controllers.

Does the 1313-4401 programmer have the necessary access level to upgrade the FLEET controllers when used in conjunction with the EzGo Passkey?
