the fact that you have no solenoid CLICK.....first thing I would check is the molex (4 wire connector) between the pedal box and the controller. most people don't even know its there, typically its UNDER the cart. take it apart and clean and put it back together. if that not it, open up the pedal box and check the limit switch. |

Re: 2006 txt with 1204 controller?
[QUOTE=Sir Nuke;1501967]WHAT?? I have a 2006 TXT....I gotta see a picture of that??
The controller is under the cover behind the smaller cover which is over the F/R switch. I don't have a picture of it with the cover off. The controller is mounted vertically on a bracket that is bolted to the floor and the solenoid is mounted on the back side on the same bracket. Most if these carts where shuttle 2+2s but apparently not all of them. The controllers were 400amp and the carts usually had a better solenoid and a 1.87KW motor instead of the usual 1.49KW motor. They were all series carts far as I know. 2006 seems kinda new to have that configuration. |

Re: 2006 txt with 1204 controller?
The series systems basically all work the same. This diagram has the solenoid activation (click) circuit highlighted in red. Starting at the battery to the F&R to the key to the pedal to the solenoid all red lines should have 36v positive when you try to go.
