2001 ezgo
had a issue of it going slow then cycling key switch and speed would pick up again finally took to ezgo dealer he put a new speed controller on it all batteries check over 6 under load it worked fine for a few weeks now yesterday while driving it was going 16 mph then would die to almost nothing any suggestions.

I'd take it back to the dealer. You may have paid for a new controller that you didn't need.
