older medalist 36 or 48 which way to go
Hello all it's time to buy a new set of battery which way do I go do I want to stay with 36 volts or go to 48 volts . Iv always wanted the most bang for the buck SOOO what's involved with changing to 48 volts
I have 2 older chargers so charging shouldn't be a problem but what will the computer do thanks for the help |

That cart is screaming for a 48v upgrade!
I'm thinking about upgrading the 300 amp SR in my industrial cart to 400 amp SR300 has a peak output of 350 amps. It's about 1.5 yrs old.... $300 ? It will go 36 or 48 volts |

Thanks dela i read all your post and am very interested in doing the same as you so scotty b has a kit to do this or do I just change out the controller? I need to get something started on this build

I did not replace mine but I use my cart mainly for golfing.
Let Scottyb know how and what you will be using your cart for and he will give you recomendation's on what to do. |
