Rxv buzzing and won’t move

Hey guys I’m new to the forum and golf carts. A buddy of mine father in law bought a few flooded carts from a golf course some ran and some didn’t. I ended up doing some work on his boat and I end up with one of the ones that dose not run long story short all I have done is charged it and tried to run it and no dice. She will just buzz in reverse and forward and ideas on where to start trouble shooting

IF the backup alarm is on regardless of key position i'd start by replacing the key switch. However if water got THAT high i'd worry your controller and motor is shot as well.

Water line looks like to have gotten Up to maybe 6in above the floor

Controller might have failed due to water intrusion.

Any testing I can do I hate to just throw parts at it

Without the handheld diagnostic unit you're chasing ghosts.

Ok I’m in Augusta ga area I should be able to find someone local to scan it for me I’ll try that route

I’m in Aiken S.C. and work in Augusta ga and it’s a 2014

2014 definitely should be the Curtis controller and I have a handheld. I also know where Aiken is

Out of town for most of this week but when I get back I will get with you.
