Ergo RXV 2008 won’t fully charge or move
Remounted a volt meter when problem started. Cart will not move forward or reverse. Silinoid clicks, but no go. Checked all fuses that I could see, connections, battery cable tightness, plug under dash, etc. lights still work and battery reading on volt meter 51 total. Volt meter on cart reads less than half charged. Any suggestions. Thanks.

Where was it wired to before you moved it and where is it wired now?

Same location. Stock Plastic mounts broke, tried mounting with metal strap mount however didn’t check to be sure if the 2 metal posts on back of voltage meter were live. Not sure if that created any problem, however voltage meter works. Remounted with plastic type mounted in dash.

I'm wanting to know about the wires. Where were they wired in at keyswitch?

Do you have both SOC wired into the same plug?

No separate one. Volt meter reads 3 different reading. One is state of charge.
Pictures attached. Thank you. |

Re: Ergo RXV 2008 won’t fully charge or move
By the pictures that meter is reading 47.9v and 39% on the batteries, that would be right. 50.9v should read 100%.
Cart not moving is another problem. |

Re: Ergo RXV 2008 won’t fully charge or move
Ok, thats good. I'll look at other options:
* Replace pedal switches (Brake & Accelerator) * Replace Solenoid * Check electric brake switch on motor. Any other suggestions. Thanks for all of the help. Its really appreciated. |
