Default Have to pull fuse to kill circuit

I have a 2014 EZGO Express S4. The tail lights and USB port stay on even with the key off. To get them to go off I have to lift the fuse. Iím looking all over but donít see anything. Pulled ignition panel out of dash. Any ideas?

I just looked into an express I just started working on. I'm not sure if a factory or dealer but there might be a green wire connected to 2nd battery in the series. The one that I see is running over to the fuses. I have not seen a converter on this cart yet. That little plate pops off from the bottom, take a little screw driver and it should pop out

You're replying to a seven month old post. Hopefully he got it figured out by now.
