Is there a way to jump power to the motor to see if it is good

Is it a series or DCS drive system?

Connect your DVM between the controller's B- and M- terminals.
When pedal is pushed just far enough for solenoid to click, you should get full battery pack voltage.
If you don't, there is a problem in the high current cables, connections or contacts.
If you do, slowly press pedal to floor and the voltage should smoothly decrease to zero.
If it doesn't, check the throttle input to controller.
If throttle is good, controller is bad.

Ok with b- and m- connected to meter I had battery voltage when solenoid is energized the voltage DIDNOT steadily go down it remained the same and as I stated earlier I have already replaced the ITS solenoid

Voltage between B- and M- stays the same as pedal is pushed to floor, that means either bad controller or bad throttle input to controller.

To check throttle (ITS sensor is only part of the throttle circuit), measure the voltage at the black wire in the six pin connector on top of controller when after solenoid clicks. Ought to be between 14V and 15V.

Measure voltage at white wire. Ought to be 0.5V when the pedal is pushed just far enough to make solenoid click and 1.5V with pedal on floor.

If those voltages are correct, the controller is bad.
