1989 ezgo marathon upgrade. Motor posts
I gutted my 1989 marathon a few weeks ago. I'm upgrading with one of scottyb kits. I forgot to label the motor posts. Its 4 posts in a straight line. Can anyone tell which one a1, s2, s1, and a2. Thanks

Some real fine sand paper or steel wool may reveal the markings stamped in the case

My motor doesn't match the one in the diagram. Maybe mines older. Thanks for the help.

My posts are on a straight line. In the one picture you can see s2 stamped into the third post I believe. Only one i can make out. I attached a diagram of a motor i believe is the one from my cart. Does anyone know if this is correct.

S1 is marked and shows barely.
Get a wire brush and scrub. So I think it is S1, A2, S2, A1 |
