Default 95 ez go electric

can anyone assist me in my problem. why am i losing power after i am moving? my battery life indicates the correct voltage. where could my problem be?

batteries are all reading 6 volts.

also wanted to know if anyones made the rearend gears to posi by welding the spider gears to the axle???

We need to get a bit more specific on the voltages here. Also, is the cart lifted with larger tires?
