Default 12V reducer troubles

I recently bought the blue 12V reducer from Scotty. All I currently have hooked up are my LED lights. There is nothing connected to the non-switched 12V. I have noticed quite a drain on the batteries. Over the course of a week without driving, I will lose maybe a volt or so. This is disappointing as LiOn are supposed to be able to hold voltage for months. With the fuse out of the reducer, I see maybe .1 - .2 V drain over the same time period. Should I hook up a relay to completely turn off the reducer or is there something else going on that I should be concerned about?

This reducer has a radio memory feature. A bit of low voltage is needed to keep the radio settings while the radio is off. In order to supply this current this reducer is never completely off.

I know we talked about that. I wanted to check how much drain is normal and then the best way to completely shut it off. I am guessing the cheapest way is to buy a solenoid to activate with the key switch.
