Unknown Year EZ-GO Freedom RXV

Hi everyone,

I was hoping to get some information about our EZ-Go Freedom RXV Electric 48-Volt Golf Cart. We purchased it from a private individual. We had the paperwork but lost it due to a move from one city to another. We are trying to find out the year of our model so that we can upgrade the wheels & speed of our cart.

I have tried contacting the manufacturer on their 1-800 number, but no one ever picks up the phone after several attempts of 20 min waiting periods.

So I am hoping to reach out to anyone capable of guiding me in the right direction. I am able to find a serial number on the Golf cart (517XXXX).

Any help from anyone would greatly be appreciated...

Try plugging the serial no. in here: https://shop.txtsv.com/vehicle/

If that doesn't work, take a picture of the front of the cart and under the seat and we could at least narrow it down. All you need to know is if it has a Danaher or Cutis controller regarding speed upgrade. The carts are all the same from 2008 to present as far as wheels/tires are concerned.

With a serial number starting in 5 it is fairly new or a rebuild.
