Default 2008 BBB Wiring diagram

Titus, do you have a wiring diagram for a 2008 Bad Boy Buggie with dual controlers?

Where are you getting all the schematics? Every time I try to find one online it ends up going nowhere, and all calls to the company either go unanswered or they tell me they will call back later (and never do)

I've been a BBB tech since 2010. I have everything on file for these machines, just gotta find everything. Sorry for being so slow everyone.

What I heard is you have to be a dealer to get any tech info at all. They change things too often, are poor for reliability (we can build a normal hunting car easy with a lift kit and 4wd kit that outperforms even a side-by-side, much less the BAD boy--plus just look at reviews on hunting forums) and there is no way in heck I will ever desire to become a dealer for one. We won't service them anymore as you either can't get much info at all (we can however order the Sevcon Millipak controllers, and accelerator kit--90% of what fails) or the customer is a cheapskate who refuses to accept that the Buggy he won in a hunting contest needs $1500 in repair/parts because he tried to install a radio and blew everything sky high.

99% of the ones that used to roll in here had one motor not driving because the blue Sevcon controller had a MOSFET short circuit code flash, and all he ever did was load one deer on it. if it can't handle that (a stock RXV can!) it's junk IMO. I noticed many don't even have a run/tow switch either, or it's hidden where the sun don't shine
