speed or torque??
i have a 2004 ez-go right now for around the house, and i am planning on getting a new one soon for hunting purposes only. i want to have a little more torque than speed because of the hilly terrain, but i would like to increase the speed as well, if possible. any suggestions? should i go with the PDS cart, or not? which is easier to do the motor, speed controller, and gear upgrades to? anyone know? PDS cart or no. ? please give me feedback

Re: speed or torque??
I'd go with a series cart and raise it to 48v. It will give you plenty of torque to turn 22" tires and run the logging roads. If you raise voltage, be sure to get you a high amp controller in case you want to upgrade motor later for even more torque to climb trees with.

Re: speed or torque??
Series carts are much easier to upgrade, have more options, and lots of vendors not too mention obtain a lot bigger motors avaialable.
