Default 2016 48v PDS w/ 600 amp Navitas torque controller dead in water after body change out

This cart came in after a customer changed the body and had to swap the lights onto the new body and now it won’t budge. The cart is in like new shape and it was claimed that the whole swap over occurred with the run/tow switch in the tow position like you’re suppose to do. Now the cart isn’t running and I don’t have a lot of experience with these controllers...any clue as to where to start looking? I can provide pictures as needed

Activation circuit should be the same as a standard pds so I would start at the reed switch and start following the path.

Yes. If the body was swapped that had to come off

Ok I’ll check that but in the meantime I’m noticing when it’s charging I’m getting a 1-3 flashing from the red light inside the controller and when the charger is unplugged it’s a solid green light. Is that normal?

Could be an over voltage error but don’t know. You need to find the manual for that controller

Your right i got to find one and I’m having a hard time. This is the madjax version of the controller too so it’s blue and not green
