2000 EZGO. Replaced solenoid. Still won't run

I have 38 volts and have replaced the solenoid. I think the controller is bad and ordered one from Amazon. Once I've opened it, I own it and i paid $300 for it. How can i be sure it is the problem ? Please help !!

It sounds like it's going to be an expensive fishing trip! You should have asked your questions beforehand. BTW what problem are you having?

Don't open it! Wait until you get some advice from the guys here. There's plenty of really knowledgeable people here that are more than willing to help. I'm, unfortunately, not one of those guys but I can tell you to post what cart you have and what drive type. IMHO battery pack voltage is always an easy, worthwhile starting point. Post that too, along with a good description of your problem. Is the solenoid clicking when the cart is on, direction selected and pedal engaged?

OK. Thanks. The model number is D200. It has the f/r switch on the panel behind your legs and the rod that activates micro switches. The solenoid clicks when the unit is turned on and the F/r switch is activated. Like it should. It just doesn't move. I have 39V at output of batteries and at the solenoid.
