Default Allltrax xct 48400 issues

My new Allltrax controller keeps blinking low voltage ... One green and two red.

But my cart is reading 38.2v ... Any other reason for this?

What is the voltage on the XCT's B+ terminal when solenoid clicks?

What is the XCT's Under Voltage slider set for?

I just checked settings ... under voltage was set for 38 and over for 60v ... what should the settings be for a 36v system?

1.5VPC (Volts per cell) times the number of 2V cells in the battery pack.

A 36V battery pack consists of 18 x 2V cell, so set it for 27.0V

That should solve the under voltage error issue.
