Is it possible for this switch to go bad? My cart no longer moves however I have Voltage at both the Forward and Reverse wire and and the ITS.

Anything electrical can fail. Do you have a handheld meter to do some testing?
You should have power to the center pin there in the picture with the key on.
And then power to each side when the switch is rocked in the opposite direction. That completes the switch test.

Should have power to the pins that do not have wires connected to them or try to get on the pins that have the wires on them? I checked the wires themselves last night with a meter and they do have power with the key on and pressing the pedal.

You have to run a jumper to get power to the second row of pins. I believe each row of pins is physically separate from the other. Scotty is telling you that with the key on, you should have voltage on the center wire and pin. Switch to reverse and you should then have power on the center pin/wire AND the pin/wire OPPOSITE of where it says R on the switch, or another way to look at it would be that when switched to R, the pin/wire underneath F will have power.

I found the install sheet. Look at the note in red and the one above it in the picture I attached. Sorry for it being sideways, I’ve rotated it but it won’t stay for some reason.

Yea I am just trying to figure out how to get my meter pins down on the switch's metal to take a reading.

Can I eliminate the switch for testing by just putting a jumper between the middle wire and forward?

No test meter? We won't get far. Go here and watch this short video about meters. > http://www.cartsunlimited.net/troubleshooting-tips.html

No, that would invalidate testing if the switch works.

When you click the switch to f or r, a physical connection is being completed between the center pin and whichever one you selected.

You could also remove the switch, and the power wire to it, and test for continuity. Put one meter probe on the center pin and one on either of the other two. Move the switch back and forth from f to r and see when your meter shows continuity, or in other words, a connection. Maybe by removing the switch, you’ll have an easier time getting your meter probes on the pins.

Or are you trying to take the switch out of the equation?

Is the solenoid clicking when you try to go?

I did that last night, I do not get continuity between the center and switching back and forth. <-- This is basically why I made this post as I was thinking I should and that my switch is therefore bad.

Solenoid click when pedal is pressed.

No No I have a meter, the **** pins on it are just very insulated and trying to get down in there with the wires connected is difficult to hold onto and get a reading.
