I realize this is an old thread. Just inherited a 2006 Bad Boy Buggy BB-AM4-1 SN B047 VIN BBE514B3765002022. Need service manual and/or schematic to troubleshoot a no go issue. New batteries installed. 48 volt shows on dash charge indicator. Hear solenoid(s) energize with key on. Step on acc pedal and no go. Thanks for any help ya'll can provide.

Side note - i need 2 more posts before I can use PM function.

I talked to my local Bad Boy Buggy service provider and they called Textron (parent company) to get docs and was told they don't have anything before 2010 model year.

One pic is attached, but I do not recall what year model it is for.

Also, I know of one case when someone contacted Badboy about one of the early 2000 carts and they sent him a hand drawn diagram and said that was all THEY had. I am not sure what years that was for, but I have a copy somewhere and if I can find, I will post. There may already be a copy posted somewhere here on BGW.

Many thanks rock for the info. In my search I did come across that diagram. I haven't yet had a chance to compare this buggy with the diagram. Hopefully later today or tomorrow.

Dug deeper on this buggy. It has the ASI FRK installed. 2 fuses good. No obvious issues with wiring or connectors. With key on, 48V relay activates and voltage to controller good and LED on Field Retrofit Controller turns green.

Time to chase down a schematic with FRK.

48 volts is DEAD! Get them charged up, and ALWAYS charge after use, and every month, if your charger doesn't have a float mode.
