2004 Electric Ez go

I have a 2004 electric ez go cart that won't go.
I activated the diagnostic and get 3 beeps then 1 beep followed by 2 beeps.
Need to known what they mean. Does anyone have the list that is on the controller cover?

I looked at a decal........there is only combinations of 2 not 3 on the one I have.....the first one should be a confirmation beep(s) and the second and 3rd should be the code.

Shows a code of 1-2 which is
Throttle fault | solenoid clicks, will not run | replace/adjust pedal box,harness.

To enter diagnostic mode
1 Turn key switch to 'OFF'
2 Move 'RUN/TOW MAINTENANCE' switch to 'RUN'.
3 Move direction selector switch from neutral position to 'REV' position five (5) times
4 After a confirming beep(s) sounds, the diagnostic fault code will sound when a fault is detected.
5 To exit diagnostic mode: Select 'TOW MAINTENANCE' position.
