Default RXV run time getting shorter

I have a 2009 RXV with stock Danaher controller with speed code, 23" tires, the cart does 27mph, I don't run it that fast, usually about 15-20 mph. I live in central Florida and there are NO hills. The problem is my run time is going down every time I drive the cart. I put 4 new US Battery's in it, this did not fix the problem. Each battery is charged to 13.02/13.04, the battery pack is charged to 51.9. I have a new DPI charger. Not sure what to check. Please let me know what other information you may need to help me diagnose. Thanks

How are you checking your run time? Meter or loss of power?

I drive around the same area, and watching the SOC meter. I can not go as far as I used to.

Have you checked the water levels in the batteries?

Yes, they are above the Cells, but not all exactly even

Range getting shorter = batteries getting weaker. There is only one fix for weak batteries, and that's new batteries. Skip the wasted money and time of the "snake oil fixes".

What kind of meter do you have, digital or the bar type?

It is the Digital Plug and play one. Gives %, Volts, and run time.

I have the same gauge and not real impressed by it. I have noticed I lose battery power sooner now because of how cold it's been when I ride in the evening. I hope it's because of the cold anyway ;)
