Well ScottyB, since he got a nice set of 2ga cables from you, when he installs them it will eliminate any possibility of a bad cable causing a current limiting situation.

You also have more experience with EzGo Series carts with ITS, and I am sure you have some optimized curves for his setup so I will step back to avoid too many people making suggestions

Okay - if we get stuck we will give you a holler.
If this cart worked before the upgrade it should work now.

I'm trying. I do every step that is reported. I even document my attempts via pictures. I am not sure what else I could do to confirm that I am "listening".

It's kind of like when your doing something new, your not sure what your doing until you have that "AH HAH" moment when it all clicks and all of a sudden you know exactly what your doing....? Well, I just haven't had that "AH HAH" moment yet.

I am following directions from the members and following the manual as best as I can, yet all my attempts are futile!

I'm checking in to see where are we at.
Have we reset to defaults and reset to ITS throttle.
Disconnected, reconnected to confirm throttle setting took?
Then. Are getting the new monitor file today?

Sadly I have nothing new to report. I had some laptop issues last night and will be taking my work laptop home tonight.

E-mailed Alltrax yesterday with a really lengthy e-mail and a link to this thread. I received an e-mail back towards the end of the day telling me to call when I am at the cart with the cpu and jack stands. I assume they are going to try absolute throttle, not sure, but Monday I am going to go home during my lunch break and see if I can get this sucker calibrated!

Good luck DFW. I’ve been following along and trying to learn. Sorry I haven’t been able to help. I really want to see you get your cart going. Fingers crossed.

We are still trouble shooting the issue. He said part of my problem is I dont have a resistor filter on B-.

He said that may not be 100% the issue, but it is a factor.
