Default Bad battery or ?

I apologize that my first post is a plea for help but here it is: Searching did not yield an exact match to my issue. I have a 2014 RXV with 2018 12v batteries. The cart is charged daily and the “gas” gauge always indicates full after a charge. The gauge functioned as expected until yesterday when the indication dropped from full to 1/4 after about 100 feet of travel. The pack reads 54V right off the charger and around 50V after the gauge drops to 1/4. The batteries are all around 12.5 except one which is 11. I don’t have clips for my multitester yet so I don’t have any readings while moving. The cables (at the batteries) are all tight, free of corrosion and appear in good condition.

Should I go after the obvious and get a replacement battery? The batteries are a year old. What happens when only one goes bad, knowing that batteries are normally replaced all at once?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Steve

Welcome to BGW!

Your one battery at 11.0 is killing your pack. Probably drops significantly more when you try and drive the cart. Since they are 2018 batteries they should still be under warranty, and replacing it by itself is still a valid move.
