Okay so I figured out why the blue wire wasn't getting any voltage. The aftermarket micro switch was sitting too close to the rotating fr spinner. Now it clicks and voltage is present on the blue wire. That's why I was getting reverse beep when in forward. Still no movement of the cart.

The diagram may highlight the high current cables, but the low current wires are there as well. This diagram is exactly what I used when I was having issues. Please post the correct diagram, I'd like to have that one as well.

There are three identical diagrams; one has just low current wires highlighted, one has just high current cables highlighted, and one is unhighlighted.

I use just one, attached. I'm sure you could search for it, if you need it. Maybe do an Advanced Search for something like "solenoid not clicking", and "JohnnyB".

The one orangeman posted is better, as the reed switch isn't real obvious, if you're new to reading wiring diagrams.

The Alltrax diagram I posted has wires as thin lines, charger cables thicker, and high current cables thickest.

We can better help you if you follow the wiring diagram, and indicate wire color and switch name. I take it MS2 was not closing, but now is? Now move on to KS1 (key switch), then MS3, then solenoid. If you have pack positive all the way to the solenoid, it should click.

Since MS2 was bad, I'd assume MS4 is bad as well, which explains your backup beeper. It will also limit you to 1/2 speed until you correct it.

You should be doing this with the rear up on jack stands.

Yes, cart is on jack stands. So after diagnosing the FR switch; with all that entailed, I was pressing the the pedal. Now, upon uncovering the floor-mat I noticed the micro accelerator switch sounded different that the others. I continued to test voltage and then suddenly the pedal switch was no longer "clicking". I have removed the pedal micro switch and just ordered a replacement on Amazon. It will be here by Sunday JAN 13.

After removing the Micro switch under the go/pedal box, it is no longer functional. Once I receive the new one and install I will post results

Thanks for your help this forum is great!
