no 12 volt power

im looking at a ezgo freedom rxv it runs good but the headlights horn tailights and blinkers quit working. I bave 38 volts going into the sevcon dc dc converter but nothing coming out. These thing seem to be around 200 bucks and its prob. bad but is there something else i should check first what powers or turns it off and on with the key. i checked all fuses and wires look good. and i checked for power at the 5 pin plug nothing coming out

Check for ground to the converter.
Check enable voltage also.

If you do not have power from the enable, something
has come lose from the key switch.

This pin in diagram is for both the 300 watt and 500
watt models.

Itt will prob. be a couple days before i get back over there where the carts at. Ill check that out and let you know how it turned out
