another Model/Year/VIN Identification

I know, I know~ you guys have probably fielded this question a thousand times. Sorry for the rerun....

VIN tag below the Charging receptacle's been damaged and/or partially removed. Is there a secondary location, as on cars? All I have is the first six~ #241711...? Bar code is equally marred & scarred. Individual PN#'s be of any help~ controller, etc.?

Without more description of the cart I'll guess TXT. Lift the seat, lift the front part of the engine compartment cover and there should be a label on the frame crossbar just under that engine cover.

I was able to narrow mine down by looking at the date code on the motor - in my case motor was a 2004. Cart turned out to be a 2005.

Sorry, forgot to mention that. It's there, but not even a ghost image on it.

ezGoRN~ I'll check for that motor # as soon as the rain lets up a bit. Who do I source for that data?

My motor had 2004 date on it. I had my serial number and used the ezgo lookup. At first I thought my date plate on the cart was missing so I went looking for identification in other areas.
