Default TXT~ gone from ezgo to NO GO

A new problem has arisen... from an old problem? My stuck-in-the-mud buggy now has a dead throttle~ possibly from sitting in the rain? Upon throttle actuation it clicks once (either fwd or rev) but doesn't move..... thoughts?

If it weren't for bad luck....

Mine sometimes does the same, when I get carried away washing. It always fixes itself once it dries.

How long ago was the rain? Can you hit it with a leaf blower, shop vac, or blow dryer in the throttle box?

Can you find the serial number? I've heard this site isn't as good as it used to be, but:

https://shop.txtsv.com/vehicle/

I have another thread for that, but it's incomplete~ only six digits & incomplete bar code. I do know now (at least I think I know ) that it's not 1998+, but 1994.5 +....
