E.M.P.?
I have recently chatted with Electric Motor Products about a motor for my 05 lifted non pds 36 volt cart.I was just wandering if any of you have had any dealings with them and there 2 stage motors. They were very informative in our conversation about what set up I may need. But I would like to get as much info good or bad before I make my decision.Thank you all for any info..

Re: E.M.P.?
Hey guys thanks for the quick replys. They stated that the motor comes with a switch for low end torque and high end speed that is switchable on the fly. With speeds of 16 to 20mph in low and high.Oh and thanks for the welcome..You all will probably get tired of all my questions in the future...haha

Re: E.M.P.?
Lot's of members here and elsewhere have had success with EMP's two speed rebuild. They were a sponsor here at one time. Don't think they still are.

Re: E.M.P.?
Does it use an F&R lever for the two speed? Seems like I had a dealer who used a couple of them now that I think about it. He liked them...

Re: E.M.P.?
I have used them in the past and still do have a few. The 2 speed is great. I used it once and locked it into high. I didn't need the torque mode as much as I thought.
