6 month old 12v Crown Batts testing at 48 minutes

6 month old set of 12v crown batteries in 2013 RXV load tested at 48 minutes at 56 amps (rated at 103). Batteries draw down relatively equal (within a 10th of a volt).

Cart has been used regularly, but no where near golf course level. Batteries have never become fully discharged (owner would not have know how or had means to recharge one by one to get charger started).

Charged with QE charger. 51 volts after full charge and cart had sat for a while. Water level is good now, but can't say 100% for certain if owner over/under watered them in the past.

I doubt this is a case of 4 batteries and the culprit does not appear to be a single defective batt. Any ideas or ways to ascertain what problem is and prove what caused it?

I thought the chargers would click on at a very low voltage, like 30v or some such number. So just because he didn't ask for help with a charger not clicking on doesn't mean he didn't over-deplete the batteries.

If he ran the batteries to 48.4v which is 50%, the cart could still run although it should have stopped and been charged.

Under-watering could be a problem. Leaving them in a low (or even moderate) state of charge will sulfate the batteries too. I'd doubt he has 4 factory defective batteries, so if I were to put my money on what caused it I'd say he would run it, maybe pull down the and not charge. Then run some more and pull it down more. Then eventually charge when he felt like it or felt the cart going too slow. Still plenty of V for the charger to kick on and still way to low for the batteries to sit for any length of time.

Good rule of thumb, if you park it and are not planning on using it in the next hour or so, plug it in if possible. Regardless of what % the batteries are at. And never go below 50% SOC.

Wait! I thought those crowns were the "Trojan killers" according to everyone. Oh, nevermind.. the T-1275 class battery is just the pits. Sorry for the fun at their expense. It could be a charging problem I suppose, but those SC are supposed to be on the current standard Dv/Dt profile (Ezgo says "don't worry about brand, it's dv/dt anyway" (probably horse **** to get me off their phone). What voltage at the end of charge cycle?

52 volts after rest. Crown advised me to charge with different charger and retest. Original charge was with JUNK QE charger, though it did show full charge. Will check specific gravity and re-retest.
