Default 2005 EZGO TXT won’t move

05 EZGO 36 volt 4x4 cart was hesitating then finally quit and sat for a year.
Tried to get it going but solenoid died so replaced that.
The box that says Alltrax has a green light and it blinks but doesn’t turn Amber so I replaced the throttle control and the micro sensor but no change.
Battery pack has 37 volts. Each has over 6volts. I jacked it up and tested the motor and the motor runs so not sure where to go from here. I found tests to do but my cables aren’t marked so I don’t know which ones are m or b + or -
Any help would be great. Thnx!

Yes solenoid is new and clicking and I get full battery reading on one side then less on the other side till I push down the accelerator it increases to full battery over 37 volts.

I would check the FNR selector. If it has the manual selector, they are prone to failure. The contacts get pitted or dirty and generate a good amount of heat which eventually deforms the plastic and makes a contact drop out. There is a 9/16" nut in thw center that allows you to open the switch. If it is bad, you can purchase just the contact plate and clean up the contacts on the selector.

Hope this helps.

Battery pack needs to be charged, it is low at 37v.

Thanks y’all! I am working on it today and appreciate any ideas. I plugged in the charger and reading 40.8 volts at the moment and still no change but thanks for that sideways.
And brob I’ll take apart the f/r selector but when probe the m- and b- I get solenoid reading
Till I press the throttle then I get full battery which I guess is how that works lol but still no amber light at full throttle.

The older 36V chargers typically shut off when the On-Charge voltage climbs into the 44V to 46V range, newer chargers don't shut off until the On-Charge voltage ceases to increase. At 40.8V, the ammeter ought to be reading upwards of 20A.

Measuring from the controller's B- terminal to the M- terminal, you ought to get full battery pack voltage when pedal is pushed just far enough to make solenoid click.

If you don't, there is an open someplace between the battery pack and controller and for series drive carts, the F/R switch assembly is the most likely suspect.

If you do get pack voltage, slowly press pedal to floor and the voltage ought to smoothly decrease to 0V. IF not either throttle circuit or controller is bad.

Ok interesting thing ..... I put the battery on the charger and when the charger is on it reading over 48 volts the cart will run but won’t after I unplug it.
The batteries without the charger reads 38 volts with multi meter and the battery gauge is past full.... and yes I have 6 batteries each with 3 cells lol
It started scaring me so I unplug it. After plugging it back in it charged at 46 volts and now the batteries have 40 volts but it won’t move.

I did these test Johnnie suggested. The M- and B- terminals read the same as the outside post of the solinoid then with the paddle pushed its goes up to full battery back voltage but does not go to 0(zero) when peddle is all the way down. I’ve already put in a new micro sensor and throttle control so .... I don’t know what this means lol

As far as I can tell from google mine is not a series because it has a maintenance switch.
