Charger question
My Pro-Fit 48 volt charger is only charging my batteries up to 70%. I charged my cart until it said charged. The charger is a 2016 yr model. I removed all wires and checked the batteries individually with my boat charger. 3 batteries showed 67% and one was 70%. I charged each battery with my boat charger and got them all up to showing 99% on the boat charger and the cart digital meter. Question is has anyone run into this problem with the cart charger not fully charging anymore? I'm trying to figure out what steps to take at this point?

Re: Charger question
Did you have any bad cables? Have you tried charging it with all the terminal's cleaned up good? Chargers do go bad.
I would hook it all up and put a digital voltmeter to it and keep eye on it while charging and see. That bar meter gauge is about worthless to really knowing what the state of charge is. |

Re: Charger question
Andy I cleaned everything to start with. I'm going to take the cart by my battery store and let them run a check on the batteries just to make sure they are all good. If so then take the charger by closest cart place and let them look at it.
