Dcs with 500 amp altrax cutting out

Default Dcs with 500 amp altrax cutting out
D&d 8hp with altrax 500 amp dcs controller and upgraded solinoid. When I hit a bump (sometimes) I lose power and the solinoid clicks. I roll a bit, let off the pedal and hit it again and it takes off. I cleaned all my connections on the motor and controller. The only wires that aren't new are F1 and F2. I don't believe I have anything grounding out to the frame either. Thanks for the advice.

I’m sure someone else may be able to help you out a little better but maybe Che the pedal switch and may sure that’s not faulty.

I should've said I switched the TPS in the floorboard with a new cart I have. Same issue.

There is a 4 wire plug in the harness between the pedal and the solenoid. I suspect it is dirty or there is a loose connection somewhere in the primary wiring... like power to the keyswitch

Please be more specific about motor, controller, solenoid and cart.

D&D produces several sepex motors, Alltrax has at least two generations of sepex controllers, there are several brands of solenoids and EZGO put dcs drives in different body style carts, and all have their own idiosyncrasies.

Also, when you loose power, does cart coast or does the regen braking kick in and beeper beeps?

I'm not home but I'll get the exact numbers when I am. It's the d&d 8hp torque motor ending 5001 I believe. Controller should be an 48500 xct and the solinoid is a 400 amp with an orange top. Sorry I'm not home to get the pics.
