Default 98 EZGO 36 v won’t run batteries are good.

I have been searching the forum and cannot find my situation. My EZGO fully charged is above 36 volts all individual batteries test over 6 volts. When I push the pedal it will creep either way, forwards or backwards. Then it seems like it slips out of gear. I can hear the motor running but it won’t move. The more I push the pedal the louder it spins. I replace the drive hubs thinking that wash the problem but it was not. What is my next step what do I need to check next. Thank you for the help.

Remove motor and check coupler (interface between motor and axle input shaft).

Pulled the motor the interface looks like the teeth are still good. Do I need to pull the interface out, if so how is that done? When I try to move the interface by hand it will not move and there is a lot of resistance. Here are some pictures any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you

Ok, the input shaft splines look good. As long as the splines on the motor (that the input shaft plugs into) look that good, that part is ok. I see your axle has been leaking for some time. You next need to pull the diff cover off the bottom and search for oil (probably won't find much), and large metal shavings, which we hope won't be there.
