Default Help reading Alltrax monitor files

Here are two files from my runs with the new motor. One is uphill and one is downhill. For some reason it was only showing 93% throttle going uphill, but downhill showed 100%. Maybe someone can read these and tell me if everything looks okay.

More useful to post the raw files - .csv - comma separated values. That way it can be opened in a spreadsheet, sliced and diced, sorted, and values are not reduced to #######.

I don't know how. I tried uploading them here the way my brother emailed them to me, but I couldn't do it so I made them pdf files

Zip them and the .zip file can be attached.

I took a quick look, but the .pdf files are useless for analyzing.

Need the .csv files so I can crunch them in a spreadsheet.

Okay, sorry for the delay, my wife's grandmother passed away and I was a little preoccupied. I'm hoping I uploaded these files correctly this time.

Much better. I froze panes and sorted by row F and saw quite a few 100%s in "down". I forgot which one you thought wasn't getting 100%. I gotta go for now. Let us know if it was "up".

EDIT I see it was up. It hit 92 and 93, but never 100. Beyond that, I'll leave it to smarter people than myself, like ScottyB and JohnnyB who know what to look for.

Did you rest your foot on the throttle pedal for 2.5 minutes before turning key one and selecting a direction on the UP data log?

The is a number above "0" in the Throttle Position column at several points in the file when the relay isn't closed (Solenoid click) and the Keyswitch column is "0", but it is different small numbers at different times and it does go to "0" at other times. I suspect this indicates the ITS circuit in the SR is unstable or that you are resting your foot on the pedal, but not pushing hard enough to make solenoid click.

The Throttle % column is a calculation of the Throttle Position column divided by 4095 (which is 2^12 - 1) and only shows the % when the SR is fully powered up (Key on and direction selected - it's only partially powered up via the USB cable from the laptop)

------
I don't see any reason for not going to 100% throttle going uphill.

I thought i read (in one of these threads) that he was only seeing 93% in the monitor screen aka the progress bar. This could indicate the pedal signal is a little out of range. That's something easily manipulated in the throttle graph. Assuming he has already opened the throttle box and confirmed full penetration with the plunger going at least 75-80% of the length of the induction the tube.
