2001 Ezgo Pds alltrax controller help

Cart 90% of time cart barely moves. I knowing nothing about these alltrax controllers. I did look inside the ITS it looked very clean.

Alltrax controller is there way to test it

Which model Alltrax are you asking about?

Sudden problem? Recurring problem? Any problem history or probable cause you can share?
Battery age / condition?

Alltrax NCX

Batteries Brand New

Just got Cart it will run normal about 10% of the time.

We still could use more info. Pack voltage? Did you charge them prior to use?

That is a lot of mud on a lot of connectors. Have you considered cleaning them?

Pack voltage 38.8

Yes it’s dirty had planned on cleaning it today.

Just wasn’t sure what would cause it run sometimes. The crawl speed isn’t even a crawl if any incline it stops. Light is solid green in controller when pedal is pushed

To make it easier for PDS folks to help you...

Did it used to work normal when you first got it?
Did you do something right before the problem occurred?
You say 90% of the time it runs slow?
10% of the time it runs normal?
Does it ever change state while running it? In other words, does it start off slow, then go normal? Does it start off normal, then go slow?

It is Father's Day Sunday, so, maybe you could download the manuals and start troubleshooting. Chapter F.

I just got cart.

When I put batteries in it. It ran.

But now doesn’t

I cleaned connectors. No change

Yes it will be crawling and then take off. The solenoid clicks when I put it in forward or reverse without pushing pedal. Not sure if that is normal for alltrax controller.

I don't know PDS. Holiday weekend, but there are lots of PDS experts here.
