Default Ezgo 2five Squeaky front end

I get squeaking in the front end. How can I tell where it’s coming from? I recently tried to lube everything with some white lithium but it didn’t help. I’m wondering if it’s the a arm bushings or the struts?
Anyone have this happen and what was the cause?

Plastic bushings in the ends of the A Arms. I replaced mine with sintered bronze that I matched up and bought from a lawnmower repair shop. The center hole was 1/2" instead of 12mm, so I used 1/2" grade 8 bolts and nuts.

They will eventually squeak again. I got about a year out of mine before they started to wear.

I just purosome oem bushings and pins inserts. Is it recommended to grease each part before putting them back in or are they supposed to operate dry?

Grease attacks the plastic, they recommend a silicone based lubricant spray. The sintered bronze bushings do well with grease.

Replaced the a arm bushings but the ones I ordered only had the sleeves and bushings for the front of the a arm (that bolts to the shock assembly) and I still have a squeak . Where can I order the sleeves and bushings for the two that bolt to the frame?
I also used a silicone grease at each connection.

From the same source, there are two sets on each A-Arm at the frame end. The struts can also squeak where the shock shafts pass through the wiper rings. Essentially neoprene on chromed steel.

Your earlier mention of adjustment holes... Those were actually to accomodate a change in strut configuration. E-Z-GO changed strut heights from 2008 to 2010. In the intermediate years where they had both types in inventory, they added the extra holes so either strut type would fit the same front suspension. If the bolts were put in the wrong holes for the strut size, it would really mess up the stearing geometry.

Can you send a link to somewhere I can purchase the bushings that go in the back that bolt to the frame? They are shorter and look like they have a different bushing than the front ones. Here is a link to the product I replaced in the front of the a arm, again, longer and maybe different bushing than the back.
I cannot find the replacement part online for the back ones.
