Default RXV (others) seat belt question

So I installed a 4 person universal seat belt kit on my cart. I like them. But, the buckle part is soft material. My 2five's are hard plastic. The soft material means they will fall into the battery compartment when ever you raise/remove the seat. I am stuck on plastic PVC pipe. I am wondering what other simple solution might work.

6 of one, half a dozen of the other.... The rigid ones on that bracket make lifting the seat harder, and drag on your upholstery every time.

I just click the belts together. The retractor mechanism keeps them out of the way on but easy to reach in my TXT. I'm not familiar with the RXV or the clearance you have. Just tossing it out for an idea.

Yep, agree, make do with the flexible ones. Like said above. The rigid ones are a PITA. When customers bring in their "all decked out" carts (that were done by other shops, or by themselves, no money to my shop), and add seatbelts to my list, it usually ends in conflict with all the #$&# they added before they decided they wanted this. I often wonder if they did/had done all the easy stuff, and left me to add the one thing that was never gonna work with all their $&#&, since they had to pay me full rate for that one last thing. "I just want a 'regular maintenance', and can you add seatbelts (along side with all the stuff the other shop added and said wouldn't fit with this seatbelt kit)". Glad I like making some solutions happen, but it sucks when someone else did all the easy, and someone left me with the hard job, customer often says "what!? Gonna cost US monies!, that's more than doctors make!" (Really happened last week). They ain't paid out of pocket for a doctor visit lately. Good work isn't cheap, and cheap work isnt good. Back to work tomorrow, and I hope the service line is full!

I have an RXV with newly installed seat belts and use this method. It works great and the seat opens/closes with no issues. The stiff seat belts seem like they would always be in the way.

These are what I use. You can bend them out of the way when lifting/lowering your seat. I use mine to prop the seat up when charging.

I did see it and thought it was a very cool idea, but my seatbelts have been pulling double duty for a few years now with no complaints from me
