Toolkit monitors various switch inputs, including Keyswitch, Footswitch (Pedal), Forward switch and Reverse switch.

With Keyswitch ON and F/R in neutral, what switches have dark circles.

If only the Keyswitch is shown to be closed, press pedal and note what switches are active.

The items highlighted in red are abnormal.

Looks like you've got voltage on the forward switch input to the controller all the time, or all the time the Run/Tow is in Run.

Bad F/R switch, bad wiring harness or bad controller are all possibilities.

I'd call Alltrax.

Iím hoping itís the wire harness ó-this is the second controller in 2 months and this one is doing the same as the last one and both F/R switches are new.

This what the supplier of the solenoid sent me and said to install this and not the diode, when I got the new Alltrax, it didnít come with a diodeó- should it have both?

Here is a schematic for a EZGo PDS. Note it uses two diodes and no precharge resistor.
